The "Brand & Product Development" division develops and commercializes our consumer products under proprietary EMTEC brand, originally a BASF spin-off. N°1 USB key brand in France, EMTEC's portfolio offers a complete range of multimedia solutions, within 3 major lines:
- portable storage : USB keys, memory cards, multimedia HDD.
- New technologies : DVB-T dongles and tuners, Wireless, VoIP, universal remote controls etc.
- printing consumables and office accessories.




It is not by chance that EMTEC is the n°1 USB brand in France and among the 3 first European players (source: GfK). With our extensive product range, we are able to meet the various requirements of our customers, by offering them simple and affordable USB sticks or Smart drives, including Em-Desk application suite, which transforms your flash drive into a real digital mobile office.

Gdium Division

Placed under the EMTEC umbrella, Gdium division is added to the group structure in 2007. The mission of its dedicated teams is to develop and promote affordable and effective mobile communication solutions based on open source components designed to bridge the digital divide in the exchange and sharing of information and knowledge, for individuals and communities alike.

Gdium division is responsible for the development, launch and management of the complete ecosystem:

• Gdium®: a series of ultra mobile netbooks, compact, light and wireless devices designed mainly for Internet access, with a special focus on educational use. Gdium® supports a variety of network connections with an expandable memory and storage capacity in the unique concept of G-Key. In order to open-up information access to all, the Gdium® product line will be most affordable.
• Gdium.com: our community portal acting as your learning and discovery gateway. It provides access to managed and certified education content developed in a collaborative environment. It will also provide complementary services and downloadable applications. After proper authentication of users, access to Gdium.com will be optimal with the use of Gdium® but not restricted to it.
• Genedium®, a security and authentification system to secure communication, with a special focus to optimize communication between Gdium® and Gdium.com.

Distribution & Services Division

"Distribution & Services" division specialises in the distribution of equipment and supplies for the office and IT marketplace, offering one of the most extensive product lines for removable data storage solutions. Our A-brand product portfolio consists of products for both the enterprise market and the retail channel.

Product line
"Distribution & Services" division contains 5 sub-divisions:

• Data storage media B.U: International coverage, with one of the most comprehensive product catalogues on the storage market.
• Print and office supplies B.U: European distribution of laser and inkjet supplies
• Print and office equipment and services B.U: Franco-Belgian B.U. specialised in printers, multifonctions and copiers of leading vendors on the market. Dexxon is the only wholesaler with a national After-Sales service on print solutions, thanks to our 130 technicians.
• Retail B.U: European distribution of consumer electronics.
• Casio B.U: covering France and Belgium, this BU delivers Casio scientific and office calculators in exclusivity.
